1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Timardar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
2. Not medical advice or emergency service
Timardar supports reminders, record keeping, care coordination and general wellness routines. It does not diagnose, prescribe, verify the safety of a medicine, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow the prescription and instructions given by your healthcare provider. Do not change or stop treatment because of app information.
Reminder delivery may be affected by device settings, battery controls, network access or operating-system restrictions. You remain responsible for taking medicine safely. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Accounts and connected roles
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your account and activities performed through it. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Patient, caregiver and provider connections must be used only with authorization and for legitimate care support.
Patients control connection and medicine-sharing choices available in their app version. A caregiver or provider must not misuse, copy or disclose connected information.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Timardar to violate law or another person’s rights; access an account without permission; upload malicious or unlawful material; interfere with security; reverse engineer where prohibited; misrepresent professional credentials; or use the service for unsafe medical, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
5. Direct Android downloads and updates
Timardar is distributed as a signed Android APK from timardar.com. Download only from this website, review the version and installation instructions, and return here for updates. Early releases may contain defects; keep sensitive information out of bug reports and report issues responsibly. Manual paid-access grants are not an automatic subscription or payment receipt.
6. Ownership and feedback
Timardar, its design, branding, software and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve Timardar without revealing your private information.
7. Availability and third-party services
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that every reminder, notification, network request or feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Timardar relies on device services and external providers such as Google, Firebase, Supabase and hosting infrastructure, which may have their own terms and availability.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service discontinuation. You may stop using the service and request deletion according to the account deletion instructions.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be made for a testing-stage digital service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, Timardar and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, missed notifications or reliance on the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The latest effective date will be displayed above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page or to timardarapp@gmail.com.
