1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Timardar mobile application, the timardar.com website and related support services. Timardar is operated and supported by the Timardar team. Contact the team at timardarapp@gmail.com for support or privacy requests. References to “Timardar”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the party operating these services.
By using Timardar, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
Depending on the sign-in method and role you choose, this may include your name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, profile image, Timardar ID and whether you use the app as a patient, caregiver or medicine provider.
Medicine and adherence information
This may include medicine names, dose, form, instructions, schedule, alarm time, images, stock, refill information, reminder actions, taken/skipped status and adherence history.
Health and wellness information
If you choose these features, the app may process blood pressure, blood glucose, height, weight, BMI results, water intake, walking activity, nutrition or diet-plan entries, notes, reports and related timestamps.
Connections and provider activity
This may include patient-caregiver or patient-provider requests, relationship status, medicine-specific permissions, missed-dose updates, refill requests, orders and status history.
Account access and administration
We store account-access status, administrator membership where applicable, manual paid-access start and expiry dates, block reasons and an audit of authorized access changes. Authorized administrators can view account/contact summaries and manage access; administrator membership alone does not grant access to private health or prescription records.
Device, diagnostic and notification information
We may process device and app version, operating system, notification token, crash or error information and technical logs required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. The website may receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time from the hosting provider.
Information you provide to support
If you contact us, we receive the details you include in the message. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary medical documents.
3. How we use information
- Create, authenticate and maintain accounts and profiles.
- Schedule and deliver medicine reminders and record the action you choose.
- Display medicine stock, adherence and health history.
- Create patient-approved connections and enforce role-based access.
- Notify an approved caregiver when a scheduled dose remains incomplete, according to the app workflow.
- Support medicine-specific provider access, refill and order coordination.
- Operate health tools, reports and personalized routine guidance.
- Manage free and manually granted paid access, enforce account restrictions and audit authorized access changes.
- Protect accounts, prevent misuse, diagnose errors and improve reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests and meet legal obligations.
Timardar does not use your health data for third-party advertising or sell it to data brokers.
5. Device permissions
The Android app may request permissions when needed for a chosen feature:
- Notifications, alarms and full-screen intent: to deliver time-sensitive medicine reminders. Device and Android settings may affect delivery.
- Camera or photo access: to add a profile or medicine image when you choose.
- Contacts or phone features: only where a user-selected caregiver or emergency workflow requires them.
- Activity or related access: where required for walking features and only when implemented and permitted on the device.
You can manage permissions in Android settings, but disabling one may prevent the related feature from working.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, authentication controls and database access rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device, account and sign-in credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
7. Retention, access and deletion
We retain information for as long as an account is active or as reasonably needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, protect security and comply with law. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion. Some transaction, security or legal records may be retained where required.
You may request access, correction or deletion by following the Timardar account deletion instructions or emailing timardarapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the requester controls the account. Never send a password or OTP.
Deleting the app from a device does not itself delete the cloud account or stored information.
8. Children
Timardar is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child through a child-directed service. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Health and emergency disclaimer
Timardar is a reminder, coordination and wellness-support tool. It is not a medical device, doctor, pharmacy, emergency service or substitute for professional diagnosis and treatment. Do not change or stop medicine based only on the app. Contact qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions and local emergency services for emergencies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel.
